The conveyor belt we made is usually glossy white,thickness of 1mm and 1.2mm. But we can customize the thickness from 0.6mm to 2mm. Length and width can be produced according to customer requirements. The maximum width is 2500mm. We can also made interior smooth type,grinding sand type,or customization.

Our company is mainly specialized in the production of PP、PE conveyor Belts（matching for poultry cage）,geomembrane,geotexitile and other types of waterproofing materials.

We have three PP conveyor belt production lines, which can produce 500 tons of PP conveyor belts per month. In March 2016, an automatic scanning thickness gauge system was added to each production line with a test accuracy of 0.01μm. The detection point can be adjusted according to the product width. The full width detection is at least 10 points to ensure the uniform thickness of the product. Our company provides reliable product quality, excellent service and good reputation.

We have three production lines to meet the requirements of the clients. Every production line was equiped with the automatic scanning thickness gauge system, the measurement accurancy of 0.01 millimeter, check point is adjustable according to the product width, full width detection at least 30 points .

There are 20-30 employees in the workshop. And we have enough new PP materials for the storage. The daily production quantity can be up to over 15 tons.
